The DYNABAND® Fitness for football is highly effective during training, to work the lower limb muscles, which are so often prone to injury. Its versatility is great for an entire body workout ensuring total fitness. Many of the exercises involve slow, controlled movements allowing a combination of exercises to be performed simultaneously; this will help players to improve their co-ordination. Several of the exercises require a partner hence training with the DYNABAND® Fitness for Football allows players to communicate, trust, cooperate and most importantly bond with the rest of the team.
